Gingy
Gingy is being interrogated on a tabletop in Duloc in the opening minutes of the first film, and the question is where the fairytale folk are hiding.

LEGO prints a different code for each production batch and region, which is why one item has several. The scanner recognises all 3.
About this minifigure
The scene plays with the timing of a crime thriller, which is exactly why it works. Setting a sugary cartoon look against that tone produced one of the best gags in the whole series and earned him a place in every sequel.
He is neither hero nor villain. He is simply funny, and that is plenty. In this set he stands out sharply from every other figure, which is a bonus in play: you know which figure is in your hand the second you pick it up.
Nothing else in the brick drawer can be mistaken for him either. In a wave built around a single film family, Gingy is the quickest to raise a smile from anyone who knows the films.
Did you know: The line "Do you know the Muffin Man?" from Gingy's interrogation is one of the most quoted in the whole series.
