Big Bad Wolf
The Big Bad Wolf reads the paper in someone else's bed, in someone else's nightgown, and shows no intention of getting up.

About this minifigure
He lands on Shrek's swamp along with the other evicted fairytale tenants and makes himself at home in the ogre's house within minutes. The outfit borrowed from Red Riding Hood's grandmother stays on permanently, and the comedy rests on the contrast: the shape of a classic storybook predator, the manner of a bored flatmate nothing can rattle.
Children get the joke immediately, even without knowing the specific scene, because a wolf in a nightgown explains itself. He is also entirely harmless: no bared fangs, no menace, just a lodger with a newspaper.
He is the best argument going for licensed waves. A character like this stands no chance of appearing in an ordinary LEGO set, and yet he is general enough to walk into any fairytale scene built out of bricks.
