Spacewalking Astronaut
LEGO printed the classic Space logo on its spacemen decades ago, and the symbol returns here on both the torso and the backpack. The suit is white, the helmet lifts off, and a substantial manoeuvring pack rides on the back.

LEGO prints a different code for each production batch and region, which is why one item has several. The scanner recognises all 3.
About this minifigure
A child recognises this one without any introduction. There is no film to have seen and no earlier wave of bricks to remember — say the word "astronaut" and the play starts by itself. Among aliens, mutants and androids, this suit is the reference point: somebody in the box has to be normal.
Parents warm to it because it fits everywhere — into LEGO City space sets, into a station bodged together from the spare-brick tub, into a rocket made of sofa cushions. It belongs to no franchise, so it will not date along with whichever cartoon is currently in favour.
Collectors take a cooler view, since LEGO has produced astronauts by the dozen. The printing is what defends this one: the classic Space logo sits on torso and backpack alike, and the manoeuvring pack itself is built from several small elements. Displayed with the full set, it usually ends up at the front, tying the series together into the story of one crew.
Did you know: The classic Space logo appears on both the suit and the backpack — the same symbol LEGO printed on its spacemen decades ago.
