About this minifigure
The premise is absurd enough that it works — a gunslinger with spider powers moving between saloons rather than skyscrapers, his western streak clashing comically with everyone else on the team. In the comics Web-Slinger joined Miguel O'Hara's Spider Society, and he also turns up on screen in Across the Spider-Verse.
His constant companion is a horse called Widow, with whom he shares a telepathic link. Patrick happens to carry the same surname as Spider-Man 2099, though several centuries and the entire Wild West separate them, and his world is designated Earth-31913 in the comics.
For a collector this is the figure that sells the idea behind the whole series: the multiverse does not stop at variations on the same bodysuit. He also works well away from Marvel displays, since the hat and bandana suit a western build just as readily as a spider line-up.
Did you know: The chemically altered spider bit Patrick's horse as well as Patrick, which is why Widow has powers too.
