Plush Toy Collector
The frog and the blue dog in her arms are the whole punchline: LEGO has sealed a collector of cuddly toys inside a collectible packet.

LEGO prints a different code for each production batch and region, which is why one item has several. The scanner recognises all 3.
About this minifigure
Every so often LEGO winks at its own audience, and Series 27 gives the job to her. The joke cuts both ways, though, because underneath it sits a genuinely warm little figure about the pleasure of finishing a set.
The soft toys are what win over the youngest fans. Cuddly toys are their world, so a character who collects them becomes the normal one in any game: someone with a bedroom, a shelf and a favourite. She fits happily into house builds, shops and street scenes.
She turns up on favourites lists more often than such a modest idea would suggest, and her colourful outfit and miniature toys go on to earn their keep in shop windows and children's bedrooms in custom builds.
Did you know: The teddy bear takes its name from President Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt, who in 1902 refused to shoot a tethered bear โ the toy went on sale shortly afterwards.
